HEATRAPLATES is an abbreviation of words heat transfer plates. When creating a new brand, we wanted to create an internationally recognisable name that presents thinness, flatness, both way heat transfer and that is not limited to material used, to manufacturing process or fluid used for heat transmission. The manufacturing process with Roll-Bond technology enables optimal distribution of fluid channels, which leads to excellent heat transfer efficiency of HEATRAPLATES. What is more, the combination of aluminium alloys used to produce HEATRAPLATES enables very good plate formability for adaptation to bended surfaces. The total thickness of HEATRAPLATES is below 5 mm which is ideal for reducing the volume and weight of the assembly. HEATRAPLATES can be applied in circuits with water and glycol mixtures or other refrigerants. In recent years the benefit of our heat transfer plates has been recognised in many areas: - commercial refrigerators, - laboratory cooling equipment, - absorbers in solar collectors and photovoltaic-thermal hybrid solar collectors, - heat pumps for domestic hot water, - thermodynamic panels, - cooling/heating plates for batteries and other electronic components in electric and hybrid electric vehicles.
