ZAVOD VARNA POT is a civil, non-profit humanitarian and apolitical organization. It has been established by road traffic victims, experts and others who expect and demand a safe, tolerant and efficient road traffic system. We co-create a system where each element is the most important one. We therefore offer help to road traffic victims and run various different preventive-educational activities for children, youngsters and adults. With our preventive and educational programs and influence on positive legislative changes we intend to raise social awareness, personal responsibility and road traffic culture. ZAVOD VARNA POT is member of the European Federation of Road Traffic vicitms and a signatory of Decade of Action for Road Safety 2011-2020 commitment, European Road Safety Charter, Brussels NGO Declaration and European Youth Declaration for Road Safety. Activities: Psychological support offering a hand in need – a professional individual or group counselling that helps people make a step closer to overcoming the pain and suffering caused by the traffic crash. Psychosocial support is intended for: -persons who have been involved in a road traffic crash and their relatives -relatives of those killed in a road traffic chrash -those who caused road traffic crash Remembrance activities - World Day of Remebrance for Road Traffic Victims Supporting our activities means understanding our basic mission which mother who lost her son nicely covered in the following sentence on the Word Day of Remembrence: »Yesterday an accident happened to them, today it happened to us – we won't let it happen to you tomorrow.« - Road Traffic Victims Memorial With the central Road Traffic Victims Memorial, we set up an appropriate joint pious attitude to-wards people who have lost their lives on the road in Slo-venia. - Preventive educational programmes
